CAGAYAN STATE U WELCOMES 11,094 NEW STUDENTS
THE CAGAYAN State University opened its doors to 11,094 new students in a series of grand welcome activities.
The Office of the University President said that this is the first time that students had a welcoming ceremony in the college after two years due to the pandemic.
Of the number of new students, 1,942 are from CSU-Andrews Campus, 1,027 are from the Sanchez Mira Campus, 1,584 from the Aparri campus, 534 from the Lal-lo campus, 474 from CSU Piat, 4,126 from Carig campus, 648 from the Gonzaga campus, 401 from Lasam campus and 358 from the Solana campus.
CSU said that approximately10,000 individuals attended the ceremony which was also open not only to freshmen but higher year students.
Meanwhile, CSU said that its Iraga campus expects 357 enrollees once it opens.
The university opened the conduct of face-to-face classes on Monday, September 5.
