SSU IN NEED OF 17 INSTRUCTORS

The Samar State University announced on Tuesday that it is in need of 17 instructors for its four colleges and three campuses.

It said that it is in need of instructors in the fields of behavioral, social, and physical science; information, drafting, electronics, automotive, and information technology; electrical and marine engineering, and English.

While training and experience are not required, SSU said that applicants must have at least a master’s degree in their field of specialization and a license – if applicable.

If hired, the instructors will be entitled to a P26, 052 monthly salary.

They will be assigned at the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Engineering, College of Industrial Technology, College of Education, Paranas Campus, Mercedes Campus, and Basey Campus.

Interested applicants must prepare an application letter, personal data sheet, photocopy of transcript of records, among others.

The documents can be submitted via courier to Dr. Marilyn D. Cardoso, University President, SSU in Brgy. Guindapunan, Catbalogan City, until May 28, 2021.

“The university encourages all interested and qualified applicants including persons with disability (PWD), regardless of civil status, religion and those from any sexual orientation and gender identities (SOGI) [to apply],” SSU said.

Applications with incomplete documents will not be processed, it added.
