SAN BEDA UNIVERSITY – MARKETING DEPARTMENT TO CONDUCT DIGITAL ADVERTISING CONVERSATIONS
The San Beda University – Department of Marketing Management (SBU – DMM) will conduct its first ever digital Advertising Conversations (AdCON) entitled “AdvertiSHIFT: The New and Shifting Age of Advertising” tomorrow, January 27.
AdCON is a one-day event for the final activity of third year Marketing students in their Advertising subject.
The whole day event will be highlighted with talks from speakers from different Advertising Firms in the Philippines and Vietnam.
Mr. Emmanuel James Mangahas, Mr. John Preysler, Ms. Jemimah Dadula and Ms. Julia Arsenal-Dela Rosa will grace the AdCON to impart knowledge on how new normal changed the landscape of advertising.
“We conducted this digital event not just because my batch need it for our final requirement but because we wanted to expose ourselves in the corporate setting that’s why we invited esteemed speakers from advertising firms,” said Andrei Rafael Fabellon, Activity Head.
“This will teach us to deeper understanding of the power of brilliant creative advertisement then and now and to know the principles and real-life approach and skills needed in consistently creating great advertising.”
Moreover, a Battle of the Section will also be happening where third year Bedan Marketing students will showcase their knowledge on advertisement-related games.
This event is also an opportunity to recognize the talents of third year Marketistas. The Department will recognize students who performed excellently in the subject.
