The Embassy of France in the Philippines and the Department of Science and Technology has announced the opening of the application process to its PhilFrance-DOST Scholarship Program for the 2021-2022 intake.

“This award is directed to the next generation of Filipino leaders with strong academic, leadership, and professional abilities, and who wish to study in France for a Master’s degree,” the website said.
