The Arellano University will hold a mental health seminar to raise awareness to students amid the Covid19 pandemic.

The seminar titled “Mental Health Promotion Seminar” requires all freshmen, transferees, and fourth-year students from its Juan Sumulong, Jose Abad Santos, Plaridel, Andres Bonifacio, and Jose Rizal campuses to register for the seminar, AU-Guidance Office Main Campus said.

“This seminar aims to help AU Students to continuously become aware on the importance of mental health especially this pandemic time,” AU said.

The seminar will be held via zoom on January 29, 2021, from 9:30 A.M to 11:30 P.M. It will also be broadcasted on the AU official Facebook page.

A separate seminar will also be held for senior high school students on January 28, 2021.
