DLSU-D LAW PROFESSOR NAMED AMONG PHILIPPINES’ TOP 100 LAWYERS FOR 2025
A LAWYER from De La Salle University-Dasmariñas has once again been recognized in the Asia Business Law Journal’s A-List of the Top 100 Lawyers in the Philippines for 2025.
Atty. Danny E. Bunyi, a Corporation and Basic Securities Law professor at the DLSU-D College of Law and senior partner at Divina Law, earned his fifth consecutive inclusion in the prestigious list, having been cited annually since 2021.
“A seasoned corporate lawyer, Atty. Bunyi has extensive expertise in banking and finance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, anti-money laundering compliance, real estate, tax, and estate planning, among others,” the university said.
“He also works in emerging fields such as financial technology, e-commerce, and policy reform,” it added.
Before joining Divina Law, Bunyi held key leadership roles at the Development Bank of the Philippines, Robinsons Bank, and Standard Chartered Bank, and also served as a consultant to the Philippine Competition Commission.
In the academe, he teaches at the DLSU-D College of Law, the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Civil Law, Ateneo de Manila University, and the Trust Institute Foundation of the Philippines. He is also the author of the Compendious Bar Reviewer on Civil Law.
