FACULTY members from Far Eastern University Manila were recently named ambassadors of the Department of Tourism’s Filipino Brand of Service Excellence.

The faculty members, from the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, trained under the DoT’s “Train-The-Trainer” program.

The recognition was awarded during a special ceremony at the FEU Administration Building.

The FBSE program equips tourism and hospitality frontliners with skills to deliver service reflecting Filipino warmth and excellence.

“This recognition reflects ITHM’s unwavering commitment to cultivate service-oriented professionals and leaders in the tourism and hospitality management sectors,” FEU said.
