MANILA – Creamline is on the verge of clinching the Premier Volleyball League (PVL) All-Filipino Conference title as it gears up to face Choco Mucho in Game 2 on Sunday (12 May 2024) att the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

The Cool Smashers showcased their impeccable skills in a commanding victory over the Flying Titans, prevailing 24-26, 25-20, 25-21, 25-16 in Game 1 witnessed by 17,457 spectators at the Big Dome last Thursday.

Expectations are high for an even larger turnout in Game 2 at 6 p.m. on Sunday, with both teams boasting a substantial fan base.

Jemma Galanza, Tots Carlos, Bea De Leon, and captain Alyssa Valdez will spearhead the Cool Smashers’ quest for a third consecutive AFC crown and their eighth championship overall.

Backing them up are Bernadette Pons, Michele Gumabao, Pangs Panaga, Kyle Negrito, and Risa Sato.

The Flying Titans, led by Sisi Rondina and Honey Royse Tubino, are equally determined to emerge victorious, having fallen to the Cool Smashers in the AFC finals last December.

In another match-up, Petro Gazz aims for a sweep against Chery Tiggo in their battle for third place at 4 p.m.
