A total of 6 all-Filipino teams entered the qualifiers namely: Cignal Ultra, ex-South Built Esports, Omega Esports, OB Esports x Neon, Execration, but were eliminated one-by-one at the lower bracket of the tournament.

TNC, on the other hand, must also fight for their tournament life after losing to Fnatic at the Upper Bracket Finals.

They will have to play Boom Esports on Saturday to punch a ticket for the grand finals of the tournament.

Only one team from SEA will qualify for the $40 million tournaments which will be held in Europe in August.

The winner of the qualifier will join the lone invited team in Southeast Asia – ‘T1’ in carrying the flag of the region.
