The Philippines’ 123rd Independence Day is presumed to be celebrated on the 12th of June, 2021. But why should we celebrate our country’s, “independence” if we aren’t even free?

Our own government are silencing our voices and the Filipino people have had enough of it. This year’s independence day is going to be recognized, because once again, we are going to fight for our freedom. The voices of the Filipino people are going to be heard once and for all.

The Filipino youth are planning protests, webinars and other social media activities to be held on June 12, 2021. In these activities, they will use their voices and fight for what belongs to us, amidst the chaos happening in the Philippines.

If you want to proclaim your patriotism, use your voice and stand up not just for yourself, but for the Philippines and the millions of Filipinos whom are being silenced and terrorized by the government.
