UNIVERSITY OF ANTIQUE GETS P25-M GRANT FROM CHED
THE UNIVERSITY of Antique was given a P25 million grant from the Commission on Higher Education for its Smart Campus project.
The grant will enable the university to enhance the connectivity in five of its campuses.
The university said that 90 percent of its 18,000 students will benefit from the project, as well as 500 teachers who are using flexible learning modalities.
Part of the money will also be used to procure equipment for its laboratory and in assessment for its Engineering and Technology programs.
The budget for the grant will be sourced from the Bayanihan to Recover as One Act.
UA said that the project will boost its eskUelA: Kasubay Learning Management System which was developed in 2020.
