POLICEMEN BUILD DAY CARE CENTER IN DAVAO CITY
PHILIPPINE National Police chief Guillermo Lorenzo Eleazar lauded Davao City policemen for building a daycare center in a remote community.
Eleazar cited personnel of the Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay Cluster 5 who recently turned over the daycare center, complete with learning materials, for children in Purok 22 Highlander, Barangay Sirib.
The parents and teachers thanked the police officers who, with the help of barangay officials, the city’s engineer office and other stakeholders, built the day care center.
Eleazar said that the project manifests every policeman’s readiness to extend assistance to those living in remote areas, especially helping young residents gain access to education.
“I commend these cops for providing a facility for children so they could learn.
