THE MARINDUQUE State College signed a memorandum of agreement with the Department of the Interior and Local Government for the training programs of barangay officials from the municipality of Sta. Cruz.

The school said on Wednesday that college officials met with local officials for the signing of the pact.

Under the agreement, the MSC will offer training on Job Essential Skills and Management to barangay officials.

The three-part project will be spearheaded by project leaders namely Wilmer Imperio II, Katrina E. De Mesa and Jayceron L. Monteagudo.

The project will be implemented from March to October 2021.

MSC also initiated a four-day seminar/ workshop on research to help boost the research and extension capabilities of the college.
