STUDENTS of the Pasong Bangkal Elementary School in Barangay Pasong Bakal in San Rafael, Bulacan received Christmas gifts from a private citizen and his family through the help of the members of the 70th Infantry Battalion.

Richard Virginiza and his family partnered with the 7th Infantry Division of the Philippine Army to distribute school supplies to children.

A total of 110 school packages were handed out to students to address the shortage of basic school supplies.

The activity also aimed to establish a strong partnership in the local community.

Col. Ronnel Dela Cruz, commanding officer of 70IB, said.

Meanwhile, Maj. Gen. Andrew Costelo, commander of the 7ID, assured that soldiers are in constant partnership with various stakeholders to promote peace and development in the community.
