THE BANGSAMORO Ministry of Basic, Higher and Technical Education has required all personnel of its division schools who are being paid through checks to apply for an ATM at Landbank.

The ministry said the system will pave the way for a faster and safer method of paying salaries amid the Covid19 pandemic.

It said that no salary checks shall be released in May 2021.

Teaching and non-teaching personnel have until March 26, 2021 to comply with the directive.

Its personnel in Basilan and Tawi-Tawi are also covered by the order.

Photocopies of ATM cards and account information should be submitted to the MBHTE Regional Payroll Services Unit.

The ministry also advised employees who have a pending refund application with PAG-IBIG to visit a branch nearest them to process their refunds.
