VP SARA JOINS TAGUIG LGU BRIEFING OF THE DEATH OF 2 STUDENTS
EDUCATION Secretary Sara Duterte-Carpio joined on Wednesday the briefing of the local government of Taguig City on the death of two students in school.
Duterte-Carpio expressed her gratitude to Mayor Lani Cayetano for immediate action on the case.
“Maraming salamat sa mabilis na aksyon at tulong na ibinigay ninyo sa mga pamilya ng dalawang estudyante at sa paaralan,” she said.
On November 10, two female students were found dead inside the Signal Village National High School.
According to Taguig police, initial reports showed that there was no foul play.
The Vice President highlighted the importance of mental health awareness especially to the youth.
Also, she said that students may call the National Center for Mental Health if they need help regarding mental health.
