PNPA CADETS VISIT PMA COUNTERPARTS

/ 13 October 2022

TO FURTHER strengthen ties and foster camaraderie among cadets, contingents from the Philippine National Police Academy headed by its director, Brigadier Eric Noble visited the Philippine Military Academy in Baguio City.

Forty selected first-class cadets of the MASIDTALAK Class of 2023 participated in the two-day visit.

The PNPA cadets and officers paid a courtesy call on PMA Superintendent MGEN Rowen Tolentino.

The visitors were briefed on the PMA’s programs and policies that the PNPA may adopt or implement.

PNPA and PMA cadets participated in volleyball, basketball, and football tune-up games to foster camaraderie. Both academies recognize sports as a means that help the cadets refine their character, broaden their strategic and analytic thinking, improve their leadership skills and goal-setting, embrace risk analysis, and foster brotherhood.

They also participated in a 21-kilometer (half-marathon) run. In accordance with the celebration of intramurals, this is an essential component of the physical requirements for cadets.
