THE PHILIPPINE Army concluded this year’s 3rd Training Cycle that covered 39 career and specialization courses taken by more than 3,000 officers and men.

The closing ceremony was held at Camp O’Donnell in Capas, Tarlac on December 9, 2022.

The training benefited 3,458 Army officers and men who underwent career and specialization courses needed for professional advancement.

11th Infantry “Alakdan” Division Commander Maj. Gen. Ignatius N. Patrimonio, the guest of honor and speaker, lauded the officers and men who completed their training.

The training cycle addressed the organization’s backlog and the impact of Republic Act 11709 which affected the attrition and promotion of Army personnel.

It has been the policy of Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Romeo S. Brawner Jr. to give priority to the enhancement of soldiers’ individual skills and unit capabilities through continuous training.
