PHILIPPINE Army, along with its reservists and reserve units, received recognition for their contributions to strengthening the country’s reserve force during the 45th National Reservist Week (NRW) culmination at Lapulapu Grandstand, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, on September 14, 2024.

Exemplary reservists, reserve units, and Reserved Officers Training Corps (ROTC) units were honored during the event, which carried the theme, “Tatag ng Laang Kawal Para sa Bagong Pilipinas.”

Army officer reservist Lt. Col. Rosalinda P. Callang was awarded the AFP Best Reservist Officer (Field Grade Level) Award, while Army enlisted personnel reservist Sgt. Unirose A. Etquibal received the AFP Best Enlisted Reservist Award.

In addition, the Bicol College Philippine Army ROTC Unit earned the Best ROTC Unit Award.

The Philippine Army leadership commended reservists from all walks of life for exemplifying the highest form of volunteerism and dedication in serving the nation.
