DOST CONGRATULATES NEWLY APPOINTED PSHS CAMPUS DIRECTORS
THE DEPARTMENT of Science and Technology congratulated the newly appointed campus directors of the Philippine Science High School System.
DOST Secretary Renato Solidum encouraged the newly appointed leaders to leverage their strengths in nurturing students in line with DOST’s mission and vision.
“As leaders of PSHS campuses, your responsibility is twofold: to foster both the intellectual and ethical growth of your students. You are preparing them not just for academic success, but for leadership in nation-building. Your leadership demands a clear and compelling vision—one that aligns seamlessly with the mission of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) System,” Solidum said.
“This vision should reflect a commitment to providing central direction, leadership, and coordination of scientific and technological initiatives, while advancing premier high school STEM education to benefit the nation.”
The newly appointed campus directors are Dr. Rod Allan A. De Lara (PSHS – Main Campus), Dr. Myrna B. Libutaque (PSHS – Western Visayas Campus), and Dr. Mary Grace A. Navarro (PSHS – Ilocos Region Campus).
“We look forward to your leadership as you continue to empower our students and pave the way forward for a brighter, more innovative future for the Philippines,” DOST added.
