56 SUPERINTENDENTS ATTEND LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
FIFTY-SIX Schools Division Superintendents and Assistant Superintendents attended the leadership program Batch 6 Work Application Project Presentation.
Regional Directors Gemma Ledesma, Salustiano Jimenez and Mati City Assistant Superintendent Josie Bolofer served as panelists.
The event was led by the National Educators Academy of the Philippines.
The leadership program aims to develop the leadership competencies of the participants to enable them to fulfill their role amid changes in the environment, strategies, policies and organizations in the Department of Education.
DepEd Undersecretary Gloria Jumamil-Mercado shared her message about “Leadership Resiliency and Excellence Amidst Challenges in the Post Pandemic Era of Basic Education.”
DepEd NEAP Director John Arnold Siena, DepEd Bureau of Human Resource and Organizational Development Directors Jennifer Lopez and Nina Bianca Sanglay, and Director Runvi Manguerra also attended the event.
