USC ESTABLISHES ROLAND H. GOIPENG SCHOLARSHIP GRANT
THE UNIVERSITY of San Carlos College of Law has officially launched the Roland H. Goipeng Scholarship Grant in partnership with Mrs. Conchita Goipeng.
A memorandum of agreement was signed between the two parties earlier this month.
The scholarship will provide full financial support to junior and senior USC law students in good standing and with financial need. It will cover tuition and other school fees every semester, with assistance from the Office of Alumni Affairs, Scholarship, and Job Placement.
“While the current Scholarship Fund Agreement was entered into in 2025, Goipeng scholarships date back as early as 1997, previously known as the R.H. Goipeng Foundation Scholarship Grant. Among the first-ever recipients were Vice President for Administration Atty. Joan S. Largo and USC Law Assistant Dean Atty. Daryl Bretch M. Largo,” the university said.
