UNIVERSITY OF CAGAYAN VALLEY APPOINTS 3 VPs

THE UNIVERSITY of Cagayan Valley appointed three new vice presidents to help with its operations.

The new school officials were Dr. Antonio B. Talamayan, Dr. Freddie B. Corsino and Mr. Manrico B. Baricaua. Their term will start in July 2021.

Talamayan was the vice president for Academic Services of St. Paul University Surigao from 2017 to 2021. He will serve as the new VP for Academics for UCV.

Corsino, meanwhile, is a veteran who served in the government, higher educational institutions and private institutions, with 40 years of professional experience. He will serve as VP for research and Publications, Planning, and Development.

Baricaua, a seasoned academician and banker with 29 years of experience in the banking industry, will serve as UCV’s Vice President for Finance.
