THE POLYTECHNIC  University of the Philippines Student Information Services trended on Twitter  on August 12 following praises from students due to smooth enrollment procedures.

PUP SIS is the university’s portal wherein students can enroll as well as view their grades and university announcements.

“Kinaya nang pup sis today,” “good morning pup sis, salamat enrolled na ako!” “Sana palaging smooth at mabilis ang access at response ng PUP SIS ano?,” and “Taray naman ng PUP SIS sobrang bilis naman ngayon,” were among the PUPians’ positive comments on Twitter.

The PUP SIS earlier received criticisms due to errors and system malfunctions encountered by its students.

Just last August 7, students complained of their failure to enroll due system glitches.

On July 23, enrolled freshmen lambasted the  PUP system for opening new slots for in-demand courses.

PUP will open classes on September 14 and will be using the “Flexible Technology-Enhanced Learning” scheme.
