SAINT LOUIS UNIVERSITY TO HOLD MENTAL HEALTH SEMINAR
TO OBSERVE Mental Health Month, Saint Louis University’s Guidance Center will hold a forum on mental health for its students.
The forum dubbed “Banaag: Aninag ng Pag-asa” will tackle frequently asked questions on mental health.
The webinar will be streamed on the office’s Facebook page on October 21, 2020, from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
“Don’t miss out the chance to discuss and have better understanding of topics/issues related to mental health. We hope that through this, you will be enlightened and will be one with us in advocating the importance of mental health. As the saying goes, ‘there is no health without mental health’,” the guidance office said on Facebook.
Interested participants can register at the link provided on the office’s Facebook page. It advised students to wait 2 to 3 days for their email confirmation for the webinar.
The panel members are Jovy Anne Jimeno-Tangalin, psychiatrist; Romano Bulatao, faculty member; Sally Maximo, psychologist and also a faculty member; Nichole Ontal, the school’s psychologist, and Katreena Cobarrubias, a doctor.
Certificates will be handed out for the first 200 registrants.
