STUDENTS called on the Polytechnic University of the Philippines to release the list of graduates and those who will receive honors days before the scheduled face-to-face graduation.

Graduation rites will be on Friday, September 16, 2022.

The university will also hold physical conferment of degrees to be organized by respective colleges.

The College of Communication Student Council sent a letter to the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs asking that it release the list immediately.

“We, along with hundreds of graduating COCians, are requesting for…[the release] of the official list of graduates in utmost urgency as this has been [expected] by the students for months,” the council wrote.

“The hardships the graduates went through must be acknowledged as it is important to celebrate how the students and their families struggled to get an education,” it added.
