PUP TO DISTRIBUTE CREDENTIALS TO FRESH GRADUATES
FRESH graduates of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines can now apply for the release of their credentials.
Members of Batch 2020 had their virtual graduation on September 30, 2020.
The school said that graduates can now request for their Transcript of Records, Certificate of Graduation, and Diploma through its online document request system.
It added that undergraduates and open university graduates of its main campus must first upload their certificate of candidacy, general clearance, and a 2×2 copy of their photo in a toga at the link provided on its Facebook page.
Graduates who were not covered by the free education program were also asked to upload their official receipt for TOR, COG, Diploma, and graduation fees.
Meanwhile, graduates with ‘deficiencies’ were told to upload their evaluation result, Form 137, birth certificate, and TOR copy (for PUP transferees).
The school noted that only original copies of these documents will be accepted upon the release of their credentials.
It also advised its graduates from the College of Law, Institute of Technology, and other branches and campuses to coordinate with their respective registrars for the submission of the documents.
