PUP PROFESSOR REPRESENTS PH IN AAMR 2021
A FACULTY member of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines had the distinction of being the sole representative of the country in the Asian Arts Media Roundtable 2021.
Professor Harvey Estrada of PUP’s College of Communication was the only Filipino in the digital media activity organized by the ArtsEquator Ltd., an arts media company that values and promotes Southeast Asian regional arts practice.
It was held in partnership with the Singapore International Festival of the Arts.
The event is a meeting of arts editors, publishers, reviewers, arts journalists, critics, bloggers, podcasters, videocasters, academics and arts makers from Southeast Asia, East Asia and Asia-Pacific.
“Estrada has been actively participating in international collaboration specifically creating works in Japan and Korea and is now part of the co-designing team for the Innovation for Change-East Asia network,” PUP said.
