PSU TEAMS UP WITH UPLB ON TRAINING WORKSHOP
PANGASINAN State University teamed up with the University of the Philippines-Los Baños for the training-workshop on Participatory Rural Appraisal.
The training held on May 12 aimed to level up the abilities of PSU students to assess
community needs and priorities, evaluate the feasibility of development activities and effectively monitor and evaluate their impact.
“It equips them with valuable insights to continuously re-adjust and fine-tune their program based on gathered information,” PSU President Dr. Elbert Galas said.
Director for Extension Services Dr. Armando Junio led the training workshop on participatory rural appraisal at the De Venecia Information Technology Center.
One of the resource speakers was Professor Feliza Malabayabas.
Meanwhile, the university vowed to enhance its extension services through the Inclusive Knowledge Expertise and Technology Transfer Program to uplift the community.
