THE PHILIPPINE Normal University has partnered with the Cultural Center of the Philippines in a bid to train aspiring teachers in arts.

A Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the officials of the two institutions.

“Both institutions have mutually agreed to provide a capacity-building and professional development training program in the arts for Pre-service and In-service teachers in teaching and learning the arts,” CCP Arts Education Program said.

Meanwhile, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Santa Maria, Bulacan campus signed an MOU with the Philippine Coast Guard-Coast Guard Education, Training, and Doctrine Command.

The collaboration aims to enhance the competence and capability of Coast Guard personnel.

The CGETDC described the partnership as “mutually beneficial relationship between the PCG, through the CGETDC as the primary education and training command of the PCG, and the PUPSMB, a recognized provider of higher occupational, technical, and professional instruction and training in the applied arts and sciences.”
