NUEVA VIZCAYA STATE U LOCKS DOWN BAYOMBONG CAMPUS
THE NUEVA Vizcaya State University locked down its Bayombong campus after recording a spike in Covid19 infections among its employees.
NVSU said that the campus will be closed until Friday, in line with the recommendation of its Task Force.
Employees were told to stay home unless instructed to report “in the exigency of service.”
“Everyone is advised to stay at home and strictly observe prevailing health protocols,” the Office of the President Officer-in-Charge, Ruth Padilla, said.
The university earlier said that around 51 percent of its employees in Bambang and Bayombong campuses have been vaccinated against Covid19.
