NEW SCHOOL BUILDING IN NUEVA ECIJA COMPLETED
A NEW school building at Aglipay Elementary School in Rizal, Nueva Ecija has been completed by the Department of Public Works and Highways.
The new one-storey, two-classroom building covers a total floor area of 234 square meters.
Nueva Ecija 1st OIC-District Engineer Jun Vana highlighted that the project can accommodate at least 120 students.
“This new facility is designed to alleviate overcrowding and provide a more effective learning and teaching environment, supporting future growth for Aglipay Elementary School,” Vana said.
School Principal Eduardo Alcantara Jr. expressed appreciation for the new building, noting that it has positively impacted students’ motivation to study.
“Look at the children, they are very positive about their studies now. It’s a big deal that they were given the opportunity to have a new building at Aglipay Elementary School, which they can use as they become the next leaders of our community,” Alcantara said.
