/ 18 January 2021

THE IFUGAO State University has unveiled a new wellness center to help its employees get fit amid the Covid19 pandemic.

The wellness center will officially be opened to employees who want to exercise on January 18, 2021.

The gym will be open from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. daily. However, the ISU said that male and female employees will have separate schedules.

“It is timely that we have this health and wellness gym most especially in this time of pandemic which affected our emotional, physical and spiritual well-being,” Dr. Eva Marie Codamon-Dugyon, university president, said.

“The wellness center was made possible through the funds of Athletics and State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association amounting to P486,104,” ISU said.

Minimum health standards will be observed when using the gym, the school said.
