iACADEMY PARTNERS WITH IBM
iACADEMY recently signed a partnership agreement with the International Business Machines Corporation Philippines to broaden opportunities for its students and alumni in the field of business and technology.
Adding to iACADEMY’s stronghold of strategic local and international partnerships is IBM, a tech giant focused on driving digital transformation in the world. The company committed to providing valuable insights and empowering students through technology.
The partnership opens exclusive opportunities for iACADEMY students and graduates to take part in the career talks, on-campus recruitments and personal and professional development-focused events with IBM.
“This is part of our constant efforts to prepare our students for the challenges of the real world. By collaborating with industry giants and leaders, we are confident that our students will have the competitive advantage to learn directly from leading tech companies like IBM. As an institution, it is our commitment to make sure that they are molded to change the game here and beyond,” iACADEMY Chief Operating Officer Raquel Perez-Wong said.
iACADEMY is the first IBM Center of Excellence in the Philippines and in southeast Asia. Its specialized programs in business, computing and design were developed to address the mismatch between graduates of academic institutions and the actual needs of the industry.
The school continues to seek potential change-makers in Senior High School and College and hone them to be the next key players and leaders.
