IACADEMY BAGS GRAND PRIZE AT HUAWEI ICT COMPETITION
iACADEMY announced its historic victory as the first Philippine team to win the grand prize in the Huawei ICT Competition–Computing Track Global Finals.
This remarkable achievement marks a significant milestone for both iACADEMY and the Philippines in the field of information and communication technology.
Throughout the competition, the iACADEMY team of Nicholas Barilea, Ryan Caezar Itang, Justine Benedict Umali, and Coaches Professor Jayson Viernes and Dean Kiko Napalit, showcased their superior talent and innovation as they bested other teams from all over the world in one of Huawei ICT Competition’s most competitive contests to date.
This win does not just demonstrate iACADEMY’s remarkable level of innovation. It also underscores the unparalleled excellence and commitment that its students can deliver.
Just this year, iACADEMY made history by being the first Philippine team to bag the Grand Prize in the Huawei ICT Competition — Computing Track APAC Region. Continuing that run of regional success enabled the team to achieve at a global level too, and further consolidate the institution’s position as one that drives forward academic excellence and invention.
The Huawei ICT Competition is known for providing a platform that tests the best minds in computing and information technology. iACADEMY’s win in the APAC and Global final cements its reputation of continuously building a legacy of excellence, critical thinking, and technical specialization among its learners.
