FEU OFFERS ONLINE TRAININGS ON FLEXIBLE LEARNING AUG 17-21
FAR Eastern University is offering a series of free online trainings on flexible learning for Higher Educational Institutions faculty and staff from August 17-21.
The training series is in partnership with the Commission on Higher Education for teachers and school staff to have intensive training as most universities adopt synchronous and asynchronous approaches this academic year amid the Covid19 threat.
The titles of the training series are as follows:
Module 1: Introducing Online Instruction and LMS
Module 2: Designing Course Expected Learning Outcome for Online Learning
Module 4: Teaching and learning online
Techshop: Using LMS in online delivery for declarative and functioning knowledge
Module 5: Assessing and grading declarative and functioning knowledge
Module 6: Online presentation and performance-based assessments
Techshop: Exploring activities that will create a community (Teacher as experiencer)
Breakout: Exploring various Productivity Tools and Platforms
Interested participants may register by scanning the QR code of the official poster released by CHED. The training series will be streamed via Microsoft Teams form 9 a.m-11 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Registration is open until August 14. E-certificates for registered participants will also be provided.
