THE CAVITE State University started its academic break on November 8 to give its students time to relax and help them cope with the hardships of distance learning.

In an announcement on Monday, CvSU Vice President for Academic Affairs Ma. Agnes P. Nuestro said the break will provide its community the chance to look after themselves.

The break will be until November 13, 2021.

”This is a moment to take a moment of brief calmness and peace within the deepest nook of ourselves. This is a moment to take a breather from our busy academic world, a pause from the tons of performance tasks and exams,” Nuestro said.

“Though quite short for only a week, the academic break in CvSU is here to give you a moment to recharge and refresh and put back together with the little pieces of you which seem to have been depleted by the threats and challenges of the campus life in this pandemic era,” she added.

Students welcomed the announcement, saying that they will finally have much-needed rest.
