CATSU UNVEILS STUDENT CENTER

/ 30 January 2024

THE Catanduanes State University has unveiled its first student development center, which boasts modern design, a first in the university’s history.

CATSU said that while the project is still incomplete, the two-story building’s 770 square meter ground floor can already be used.

The project has a budget of P24.9 million for its initial phase, which was completed last December 2023.

The building will house the Office of the Student Regent, University Student Council, Office of Student and Development Services, Office of Student Scholarship Financial Assistance, Career Development & Placement Services, and other registered student organizations.

Students will also be tasked to manage and utilize the space by themselves, CATSU said.

Wifi, partition walls, and air conditioning will also be installed in the building, which will be for future planning.
