BENGUET STATE U CELEBRATES 105TH ANNIVERSARY
THE BENGUET State University-Bokod Campus lined up various activities as part of celebrations to mark its 105th founding anniversary.
The celebrations kicked off with the ribbon-cutting and turn over ceremony of its newly built dormitory.
It was followed by an anniversary and teachers program led by Bokod Campus Executive Dean Dr. Samuel Poliden.
Bokod Mayor Thomas Wales Jr. and University President Felipe Salaing Comila were among the speakers.
The oath-taking ceremony of new employees was also held during the program followed by the awarding of outstanding employees.
Chester B. Esnara and Rachelle B. Kiong received the Taraki Award, Shakira B. Herman got the Continuing Career Development Award and Lorna L. Lino received the Outstanding Teacher Award.
Lino encouraged the teachers and employees to work hard and become an inspiration for students.
