ASSCAT PREXY TO SIT AS CSU OIC

AGUSAN del Sur State College of Agriculture and Technology President Dr. Joy Capistrano will be the officer-in-charge of the Caraga State University.
This is because CSU President Dr. Anthony Penaso will finish his term without a named successor.
The CSU governing board approved a measure to install Capistrano because she is an alumna of the university.
Capistrano will assume office on August 17 until the election and oath-taking of a new CSU president.
The university ended the search for a new president on July 13.
