FOR the second year, the Adamson University made it to the list of the best Asian universities in the 2022 Quacquarelli Symonds Asia University Rankings.

The 2022 rankings featured 687 institutions, up from 650 last year.

The schools were ranked based on international research network, international students, international faculty, outbound and inbound exchange,  student and faculty citations.

Fifteen Philippine schools were in the list, seven of which are located in Metro Manila — Adamson University, University of the Philippines, Ateneo de Manila University, De la Salle University, University of Santo Tomas, Mapua University, and Lyceum of the Philippines University.

The University of the Philippines ranked highest in the country — 77th.

The other schools were the Ateneo de Davao University, Silliman University, Mindanao State University, Central Luzon State University, Xavier University, Cebu Technological University, Central Mindanao University, and Central Philippine University.
