You, me, and the Moon. Sounds like a great idea?

Join the UP Astronomical Society as we spend a night of lunar appreciation on the annual International Observe the Moon Night (InOMN)—no telescopes or binoculars needed! All you have to do is to open your laptop or smartphone, head over to the organization’s Facebook page on October 16, 6pm.

Of course, what better way to gaze at the Moon’s celestial beauty than to be serenaded by various local solo artists, bands, and spoken poets. Their out-of-this-world talents will definitely blow you away! All these and more await you at the event.

InOMN is more than just a celebration. It is also a way of giving back and helping the community. Proceeds from the event will go to their chosen beneficiaries. By supporting the cause, you will also get the chance to win prizes and vouchers from event sponsors and partners.

For more updates, follow the UP Astronomical Society on Facebook, Twitter (@upastrosoc), and Instagram (@upastrosociety).

See you there!
