TEACHERS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND NHCP AND MAYNILAD’S WATER HISTORY WEBINAR

The National Historical Commission of the Philippines – Museo El Deposito in San Juan City and Maynilad Water Academy cordially invite social studies and science public and private school teachers to join the H2KNOW: An Online Webinar and Workshop in Water History, Sanitation, and Education on January 21-22, 2:00-5:00PM, via Zoom.

The webinar is open to all Araling Panlipunan and Science teachers, teaching Grades 5-10 students in any school located in cities and municipalities under water distribution service area of Maynilad – Las Pinas, Paranaque, Muntinlupa, Caloocan, Valenzuela, Navotas, Malabon, Bacoor, Imus, Cavite, Kawit, Rosario, and Noveleta.

Participants will be given in-depth academic discussions in relation to the history and development of water supply services in the Philippines, the role of water in community development and nation building, as well as the scientific processes and the technology behind water treatment, among others.
