This November, UJP-UP, together with the UP Journalism Club, UP Diliman College of Mass Communication Student Council, the UP Diliman University Student Council, and Malaya – UP Diliman, shall be holding BREAK FREE 2021, an annual campaign to raise awareness on the culture of impunity and our fight for justice in commemoration of the Ampatuan Massacre.
