MALABON OPENS REGISTRATION FOR BLUE CARD PROGRAM FOR WORKING STUDENTS

/ 10 November 2025

THE MALABON City Government has opened registration for the Malabon Ahon Blue Card for Working Students Project, a program designed to provide financial assistance to college students who are also employed while pursuing their studies.

Launched under the #MalabonAhon campaign, the initiative aims to support hardworking youth who balance academics and employment by offering a cash allowance to help cover daily expenses.

Qualified applicants must be currently enrolled in college and employed either part-time or full-time.

Interested students are encouraged to read the project guidelines carefully before submitting their applications through the official online form.

Registration started on November 5 and will run until December 31, 2025, via the Malabon Ahon Blue Card Registration Form link.

“Through this project, we want to recognize and support the perseverance of our working students who are striving to reach their dreams,” the city government said in a statement.

The MABC for Working Students Project reflects Malabon’s continued commitment to youth empowerment and inclusive local development, ensuring that education remains within reach for every determined learner.
