Globe continues restoration efforts following the onslaught of Super Typhoon Nando, which disrupted services in some parts of North Luzon.

As of the latest update, connectivity in affected areas of Apayao, Batanes, Ifugao, Kalinga, La Union, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, and Zambales has been fully restored. Globe teams are prioritizing high impact areas to bring essential connectivity back for residents, local governments, and emergency responders.

Libreng Tawag, Libreng Charging (LTLC) Sites Activated To support residents in high-impact communities, Globe has activated the following LTLC sites to provide free calls and device-charging services:

Relief Operations In coordination with partner organization Rise Against Hunger (RAH), Globe has deployed 600 ready-to-eat meal packs to communities severely impacted by the typhoon. These have been delivered to Brgy. Pasaleng in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte, and Brgy. Paddaya in Aparri, Cagayan. Additional relief deployments are being coordinated in partnership with LGUs.

#AlagangGlobe Typhoon Response To further ease the burden on affected customers, Globe has rolled out mobile and broadband support offers in Apayao, Batanes, Cagayan, and Ilocos Norte:

• Globe Prepaid and TM: Free unlimited calls and texts to all networks, plus 100MB for all apps and 100MB for Facebook and Viber, valid for one day
• Globe Postpaid and GFiber Postpaid: Extended payment due dates for affected areas
• Globe at Home Prepaid WiFi: Free 5GB open access data for three days
• GFiber Prepaid: Three-day promo extension for eligible users

Customers may also donate Globe Rewards points or via GCash to the Ayala Foundation-Hapag Movement through the GlobeOne app to support ongoing relief efforts.
