IFUGAO STATE U RECEIVES 100 TABLET DONATIONS
THE IFUGAO State University received 100 tablets from a Tokyo-based non-profit organization to help its students in their research activities.
IFSU said the tablets from Basic Human Needs will be distributed in its libraries.
It added that the tablets will be accessible to students to help them boost their information and communication technology skills as well as research activities.
In a post on its Facebook page, university President Dr. Eva Marie Codamon-Dugyon thanked BHN for its donation.
“We are well aware of the substantial amount of work required to meet and maintain high standards in education. We will move closer to achieving our objective with the tablets you donated for educational purposes. We are thankful for your kindness and generosity that will make a difference in the lives of our students,” Dugyon said.
BHN, led by its president Hideo Ino, and IFSU schools officials held an online turnover ceremony on Monday.
