Ever felt like being confined in a virtual setting is making you miss out on life? Are you looking for opportunities to further develop yourself as an individual? AIESEC has got you covered! AIESEC in the Philippines, an international organization centered on youth leadership, is hosting its second project cycle of Develop with AIESEC: Training for Senior High School Students! It is a 4-week leadership development program happening on May 17 to June 12, 2021, that aims to empower Filipino senior high school students’ leadership skills with training rooted from AIESEC’s unique brand of leadership, and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the new normal.

This event is a great avenue for senior high school students to learn outside the four corners of the classroom and further enhance their network through interacting with like-minded individuals from around the Philippines! Workshops and keynote sessions throughout the program will be delivered both in synchronous and asynchronous sessions, with topics centered on AIESEC’s leadership development qualities (LDQs) such as Self Awareness, Empowering Others, Solutions Oriented, and World Citizen — all of which can help young people develop into holistic leaders in the future.

We, at AIESEC, believe that students are our potential youth leaders that will be at the forefront of the new normal. The younger generations will need the skills, perseverance, and grit to take on the challenges that will come as they strive for their ambitions and aspirations through this pandemic.
