The victory was a total team effort for the squad who were playing without Kim Aurin due to chickenpox.

Five Altas players have chipped in twin digit scores to set the mood for the wire-to-wire victory that secured them a semifinal spot against the top seed and unbeaten Letran Knights.

Abis led the campaign with 14 points while Razon contributed a double-double of 13 points, 11 rebounds, and three assists.

Boral scored all of his 11 points to lead the early Altas aggression. Jeff Egan and Cris Pagaran both scored 13 points each.

Altas head coach Myk Saguiguit applauded his men for playing their best and sticking to their system during the game especially since the star guard is out of service who is averaging 14.44 points, 5.22 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per match in the eliminations
