Bulldogs coach Jeff Napa continues his rebuild for the Bulldogs as he confirmed the commitment of the 19-year-old floor general last Tuesday.

Felicilda was part of the Bullpup squad that won back-to-back championships in the UAAP junior’s division where he played behind the likes of Gerry Abadiano and Terrence Fortea.

The 5-foot-7 backup point guard averaged 6.13 points, 4.06 rebounds, 3.44 assists, and 1.38 assists per game last UAAP Season 82.

Also joining the squad are Bullpup products like Steve Nash Enriquez, Karl Gloria, PJ Palacielo, and Reyland Torres.

Further additions to NU are big names like UAAP Juniors MVP Jake Figueroa, Jolo Manansala, and Jiam Quiambao from La Salle Greenhills.
